利用jiuhcai开发的帝国批量王，非常容易做到。
打开批量王，选择需要操作的数据表，比如news
操作函数选择： 批量删除
主表条件填写：
title in (select title FROM phome_ecms_news group by title having count(*)>1) and id not in (select id FROM phome_ecms_news group by title having count(*)>1)
运行即可。
