我去年夏季参加了你在加拿大温哥华的拍打拉筋自愈法讲座。
我的故事也许并非你所听说过的最难以置信的自愈案例,但我希望它值得一提。我的背景是一名篮球运动员。这几年来我也一直在做一些事情,如徒步旅行,也做了大量的举重练习。这些运动给我造成了几种伤痛,如腰痛、轻微的功能性脊柱侧凸、肩袖疏松、膝盖扭伤、腱鞘炎、当然脚踝还有多次扭伤。毋庸置疑,我常有僵硬、酸痛、丧失灵活性以及几处肌肉关节痛疼的症状。
有一天我在YouTube上看到你的拍打视频演示,我就照着做。我增加了强度,并坚持做。一两周后,我开始注意到,我的灵活性、肌肉柔韧度增大,实际上我在球场上的弹跳力的改善尤为显着。
我还必须提到,我曾饱受一年半的焦虑之苦,而拍打拉筋看来也让我缓解了许多!

Hello Mr. Xiao,
I met you last summer at the Paida-Lajin seminar in Vancouver, British Columbia.
My story may not be the most incredible healing you've heard of but it may be worth mentioning I hope. My background is that of a basketball player and I also consistently do things such as hiking and have done a lot of weightlifting over the years. Through these experiences I have obtained several injuries such as low back pain, mild functional scoliosis, loosened rotator cuff, sprained knees, some tendonitis and of course many sprained ankles! Needless to say I have had reoccurring stiffness, soreness, loss of flexibility and pain in several muscles and joints.
I discovered paida on youtube one day and followed through with it. After increasing intensity and being consistent with it, even after 1 or 2 weeks I started noticing an increase in flexibility, suppleness of the muscles, and even my jumping ability improved noticeably on the basketball court.
I also have to mention that I have suffered from anxiety for nearly a year and a half and the paida and lajin has also seemed to brought it down quite a bit!
