拍打改善肘痛、肩痛、打坐等问题(中英对照)

    萧宏慈先生,你好!

    参加这次你亲自主持的体验营,已经过去一周了。自从这次拍打拉筋,我感觉好多了,且不累。你可否记得,由于我的右肘关节问题,经玛雅·纳尔迪推荐这种自愈法,我去年十一月开始拍打。

    在两周内我每天早晚拍打右肘。拍打几天后,肘部就出现青一块紫一块,我感到有点惊恐。我的瑜伽老师说,好极了,继续拍打。两周后我的右肘不痛了。此外,从去年十一月起我每天拍打左膝。我能很好地完成打坐。通过这期体验营,我的右肩好多了。我平安无事,我看好拍打拉筋。我最后的问题是肠胃气胀。我知道是消化功能不够好,是所吃食物引起。我喜爱烹调。我一定注意不要吃得太多,但要吃得快乐。要知道,开心、知足、生活简朴,是我们健康的最好法宝。

  Dear Hongchi Xiao,

  It has been one week since we had this workshop with you. Since this Paida and Lajin I feel much better and less tired. Do you remember that I began Paida in November last year due to my problem with my right elbow and Maya Naldi reported about this healing method?

  I clapt my right elbow for two weeks every day in the morning and evening. After some days my elbow was blue/black and I was a little shocked, but my Yoga teacher said that was very good and continue, and then after two weeks, I had no pain in the right elbow. Also since November 2012 I clapt my left knee every day and now it’s better. I can sit very well in Lotos for the meditaion. And yet after this workshop my right shoulder is much better. And I am safe that I can see better with Paida and Lajin. The last problem is my flatulence stomach. I know it’s not enough digestion fire. It’s the food, I like to cook. I must pay attention, I should not eat too much, but eat with joy. You know that the best thing to be healthy is that we are happy and content and live simply.
